How We Ship

All products are shipped from our location via USPS to United States residents, unless another method of delivery is selected by the customer at checkout.

When placing your order, US residents have the option to choose from standard First Class (2-8 days), Priority Mail (1-3 days), or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days). (Shipping costs vary)

The customer will be notified via email with a shipping confirmation once we start preparing the order for shipment. This confirmation email explains that your order is being prepared and will ship soon. The email also includes a tracking number to conveniently monitor the delivery status.

Where We Ship

We ship to US residents and throughout the world.

International buyers will have the option to select USPS International, UPS, or FedEx services to fulfill delivery of the product.

All international orders are subject to import/duty taxes by the receiving government. These fees are beyond our control and are the buyer's responsibility. 

Our Guarantee + Policy

We strive for quality and can guarantee that each order is packaged with care so that it makes it to you safely.

Please allow the estimated turnaround time given for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Meraki is not responsible for packages once they have left our location. In addition, Meraki is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Insurance is available at an additional cost.

Meraki is not responsbile for lost packages due to misspelled names or addresses and/or covering shipping expenses for items returned due to incorrect infromation. You will be contacted and invoiced for the expense. 

Meraki can not guarantee shipping times via carriers and can not be held responsible for delays encountered once the package has left our facility.

After your package has shipped please direct any questions you may have regarding the status or location of your item to the corresponding mail carrier.
